BabySleep — Privacy Policy

BabySleep is a private baby sleep-tracking app operated by Mark IT SRL (AIBrainL.ink) ("we"). It is used by parents/caregivers (adults) to record a child's sleep and receive reminder notifications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Account & device: a shared family code and a per-device access token.
• Baby profile: name, date of birth, and time zone you enter.
• Sleep records: the start/end times and type (nap/night) you log.
• Notification subscription: if you enable reminders, the push endpoint your browser/device provides.

We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics, and the app contains no third-party ads or trackers.

Why we use it

Solely to provide the service: storing and syncing your sleep records across your devices and sending the SweetSpot nap/bedtime reminders you opt into.

How it is stored & shared

Data is stored on our own server (MySQL) and transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share it with third parties. Reminder notifications are delivered through your device's push service (e.g. Google/Apple/Mozilla), which is necessary to deliver a push message.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete everything instantly in the app: open Settings → Delete all data, which permanently removes your family's profile, sleep records, devices, and notification subscriptions. You can also email support@aibrainl.ink and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Children

BabySleep is intended for use by adults (parents/caregivers). It is not directed to children and children do not use it.
